Pretty straight forward. Went on site and was asked competency based questions as well as job or skill related questions. It was with two people. It took a while to get back to me. It was at the headquarters in Bloomington, IL.

Entrevista
Fairly standard IT interview. They'll ask about experience, stuff you've worked with in the past, bring up any references that are from the company, and just try to get a culture feel more than anything else. Be clean-cut, wear a suit, arrive early. Try to be polite, know your stuff, and project confidence. It's pretty straight-forward and the managers are all decent people.
