Pretty straightforward process. I was contacted for a phone screening 2 weeks after applying through LinkedIn. The next month, I went on-site for 4 separate interviews including a lunch interview with people I would be working with. The questions were mostly behavioral or focused on resume highlights. I was nervous at first, but they did a very good job of making it feel like a normal conversation. I was particularly impressed with at how friendly the Recruiter is. She has a world-class personality and is one of the most polite people I have ever had the pleasure to talk to.
