Initially applied online and received a email for a assessment trial. The assessment was in a group setting of 12 people and we had 3 task to complete. It was 8am till 10am, which I thought was too long. First task was working in the group to window display, this was fun. We had go through why we chose to display items in the way we did. 2nd task was to get into pairs and pick out outfit for a specific customer and then sell it to the customer. I find these tasks are just a competition on who speaks more, whether they make sense or not doesn't seem to matter. 3rd task was to get into smaller groups and they give scenarios in which we need to discuss the importance of. I didn't get an offer which is fine but I think group interviews people get so competitive and talk over others which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. There was no chance of a one on one to get to know the person personally which I felt I would have been able to shine more this way. So my experience was nether great or terrible.
the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

Very friendly. The interview process for a Sales Advisor position included an initial phone screening, followed by a one-on-one or group interview focusing on customer service skills, fashion interest, teamwork, and brand alignment.

We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
