My initial phone screen with HR was professional and a typical phone screen. I was informed I would be hearing from the hiring manager (date/time provided). I did not get a good vibe when the CEO initially called me for her own phone screen. The time was set up and I was called 15 minutes later, when I answered, she acted as if I was the one late calling her, but the f-2-f interview was professional, and friendly.
