Applied in September, heard back after a month in October, 3 Rounds total, 1st-HR, 2nd-Technical, 3rd- With Director & Team Member, mix of technical & behavioural. Felt like I almost got it- then got ghosted for some time- until I reached out to some random HR (my HR was on PTO)- confirmed that they hired someone with more experience. Overall, the interview was good and the interviewers were great too, wish it was more transparent.
