In my opinion, the whole process seemed kind of long. Once I applied online, I heard back a week later to schedule a phone interview. After that, had another phone interview. Following, I had an office visit interview in which two people interviewed me for half an hour each (one of which I had already spoken to via one of my previous phone interviews). Though I didn't get to meet too many people at the company, overall they seemed nice and genuine. Ultimately, I received a phone call from a different employee delivering my final interview results. Though she seemed a bit distracted in the voicemail she left, I appreciated that she provided individual feedback from my interviewers on things that stood out in my interview that I could improve upon.
