There are total 3 rounds interview process for this profile. Telephonic Round, Face to face Technical Round and HR Discussion has to be covered. Most of the questions are related to the Desktop & Application support position. A good ITIL knowledge is required. Client will take a final face to face technical round where they will try to ask all the questions based upon the job description. It's not so difficult to crack the interview.
