There was an initial interview with HR which then led to a secondary interview with the team. The final step was a shadow day with a senior analyst to get a preview of the position’s responsibilities.

They asked general questions about my experience and how I feel my experiences relate to the job responsibilities. They also asked situational questions relating to the role.
Quick call with basic questions from a human resources employee who schedules a 2nd interview through Microsoft Teams with the managers. The process was not difficult and was very expedited.

Short interview. HR + President. Basic entry level interview. Reached out to HR multiple times with no response. No returned phone call or email. Perhaps COVID impacted business functions. Seemed like a decent place to work for.
