Short turnaround. Interview questions were incredibly generic and cookie-cutter. While this can make things relatively easy for experienced interviewees, I wondered to myself how anybody could stand-out. Questions seemed borderline inadequate for position.

There was an initial phone screening with a campus recruiter who passed my information to the hiring team. The hiring team moved me forward in the interview process. The interview process included 4 individuals at the office I will be working in. It was a very personable experience which made it all the more comfortable to put my best self forward.

Entrevista
Had an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview the following day with the tax director and a partner for the firm. Whole process took about 3 weeks from applying to the interviews.

I applied then I got email from CLA to submit unofficial transcripts.
Then I had virtual interview that supposed to have 30 mins. But the questions are normal and not difficult. The questions were I prepared all. It lasted less then 30 mins.
