There wasn't a interview, it was a contest, actually a paper which evaluated some information on child's psychology and some information on pedagogic issues. After they evaluate the tests with a grade we all had to gather in a meeting where they called our name (from the greater grade to the lowest one) and individualy we would pick our job.
