Brief phone call, inviting me in for a sit-down 1-on-1. When I got there, there was about 5 other people waiting. Later on I found out this is a normal day. After the 1-on-1, I was invited for a follow day the next day, where I went with one of the guys out to LaFayette. I wasn't given any idea of what I should do during the day, so it was really awkward, but I was offered the job anyway. I found out later that they offer everyone the job.
