I had a great phone and a 90min interview I was asked for references they checked all 4 of them they waited until I checked in with them to tell me the job was offered to some else with experience I have 15 years of social service experience under my belt and I am bilingual this was a horrible thing to do someone to ask for references take a week and then to have to contact them to find out what was happening. Unprofessional and I would never have thought they could be this cruel.
