In person, handed in the resume to the branch directly. and waited for several days, and got a call from branch manager to set up a time for an interview. the interview was simple and not too long. most likely behavioural questions. I did not get the offer because they already hired someone internally,

Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
