First interview was a phone screen about 15 minutes. Second Interview if selected is a 2 hour Teams meeting with 4 different people including the hiring manager.
No follow up after. Received a rejection letter 5 months after the interview.

Entrevista
Two interviews, one with HR, one with the hiring team. The process was very slow at first. It took roughly a month to get a reply, then things moved quickly, then it took another month for a final decision. I had accepted another offer by then. Everyone I interviewed was friendly, polite and asked good questions.
The interview process typically involves an initial screening, followed by technical and behavioral assessments, project management case studies, stakeholder communication evaluation, methodology discussions, risk management scenarios, and final negotiations on salary and expectations.
Met with PMO head.
2nd interview with Dev, BA, and a Sr PM
3rd interview with business partners
