10 minute Phone interview asking about why I want to join CIBC and my experience with customer service, then a second phone interview(about 20 mins) was done with same person (talent acquisition specialist). Just asking about how i take feedback, customer service experience, where i see myself in 5 years. final interview was a 20 min interview, with hiring manager,same experience as the talent acquisition specialist, and last 20 minutes was a role play of calling a client and trying to sell the client a credit card
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
