I attended an open day event, was interviewed at the open day was for about 10mins after a brief introduction of the role. Got called for second interview after 5 weeks which lasted for 45mins with panel of three managers. Offer was made two weeks after the second interview followed by reference and background check

What challenges do you think you will face in this position, strength and weakness, where will you like to be in 5years,
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
