Mainly behavioral questions. Technical BIWS 400-level topics. Very nice and walked through answers clearly. Asked: TMAY, Why CIBC, and Why IB. Overall smooth and professional interview experience with positive feedback.

Online application and two online interview rounds via video call. Very smooth process. One screening round with recruiter and one with hiring manager team. All behavioural no technical questions. Interviews were approx 15-30 minutes in length.

It was a brief 15 min screening interview. The interviewer was on time and professional. Gave me a timeline as well but heard back from them after the stated deadline.
