Applied online during my junior year. Had a few phone interviews where they primarily wanted to know my views about leadership, diversity, and my foreign language background(Russian). Ended up going in for an in person interview where the questions were relatively mundane, other than the occasional off the wall medical school esque personality question of "If you were a type of cereal, what would you be and why? Never landed the internship unfortunately.
