Application submitted 6 months prior. Recieved a call for a interview. My interview was Panel interview that lasted 1 hour Department director, assistant director, 2 staff nurses. I was then select for second peer interview that lasted 30 minutes. After the peer interview I had to wait a week or so for solutions. My peer to peer interview was very fun.

I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
