I came to their office, and basicly was told the terms, then asked if I wanted the job? I got a drive to my current place of work at the time, I was pressured to give a quick answer, turned out that the terms was not as stated when I reached my actual start date and it was to late to back out. I decreased by more than half my salary to take this job, and its the worst career misstake i've made.
