Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en CGI (Bengaluru) en may 2010
Entrevista
2 rounds of telephonic interview.
1st round consisted of domain related questions. As am from telco domain the questions were related to BSS/OSS and my contirbutions. Questions related to the COTS packages I worked as well were also asked.
2nd round consisted of Project Management related queries. Questions like how did I manage AD & AM work, how I managed the team, how I managed risks and issues and finally questions on people management.

How will you manage one of your over-confident team member who always wants to move out for higher responsibilites but not so good in taking up those? Important thing being he is bit critical in the current position.
It's one-stage interview with Hiring Manager and a peer regarding Product Manager role. Although I could not get the offer due to they told me there was someone else suitable for the role (may be because of domain mismatch problem that I don't have further feedback unfortunately), it's been friendly and professional experience assessing how my previous experience with acheivement could help on the role.
Great feedback, we'll get in touch about next steps, then ghosted me.
Quite an appalling way to treat candidates. They asked me to do a large case study for the interview. I put a lot of time and effort into it. They said they loved it and were very impressed. Then absolute silence, which according to reviews, seems to be very common for them.
My advice to candidates is to not waste your precious time on CGI. And for CGI to consider how disrespectful and unprofessional such patterns of behaviour are.
Had multiple rounds of interviews an year or so ago, but couldn't get through. Interviewers were very polite and helpful. They were professional. Asked relevant questions and described what they're looking for clearly.
