I had one phone interview with HR person and one face-to-face interview with hiring manager and technical lead. Questions were mostly related to my previous experience. Technical questions were not very difficult and were asked with intention to check whether I really know the stuff I wrote in my resume. Overall it was a good experience.

Describe major differences between Hibernate and MyBatis
The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.

First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
