👎 Unprofessional Hiring Process – Wasted My Time
I applied for a position at CEVA Logistics and was asked to complete three take-home assignments. Each task required a significant time investment, but after submitting them, I received no feedback or follow-up. Despite multiple follow-ups, they completely ghosted me.
This is highly unprofessional—if a company asks candidates to dedicate hours to an interview process, the least they can do is provide some response, whether positive or negative. This experience left a bad impression of their hiring practices, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.
Interview Process:

🔹 No feedback or communication after submission

Would not apply here again. 🚩
