It was easy for me because I was an internal employee. I knew the hiring manager, he approached me and asked if I was still interested in Sales. I interviewed with the Area Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager, and then the VP of Sales and Marketing. They liked the fact that I was an internal employee and was highly recommended by high level management.

Entrevista
Fairly straight forward - with three interviews. Inclusive of peer to peer and two levels of management. Everyone is very professional genuinely interested in seeing if you are a fit for the specific position and team you will be working with. All interviews are conversational and unstructured - with all interviewers open for questions and conversation throughout the interview. Normally you will interview with both Sales and Operational sides of the organization.
