Firstly, there will be a seminar like meeting where they give you background information on the company and give you a simple diagnostic test (basic math and English). You will do some activities with your fellow interviewers. After that, depending on your performance, you may or may not get a call back to come in for a small group interview (you and two or more people) at the center. Lastly, if you pass, the company will promptly call you and make you an offer.
