I applied through an internet posting. After spending an hour on the phone with one of the recruiters, I didn't hear anything for several weeks. At that point, I was sure nothing was coming out of the opportunity, until receiving a call with the hiring manager. I had 2 meetings with Directors within the same department. Both were very laid back. It was more of a verification of my qualifications and an attempt to see if my personality and presentation corresponded with the company vibe. I came back for 1 more interview with the hiring director, at which time I had an offer waiting for me.
