I was recruited via a LinkedIn email by a current CDW employee. I met with the individual, whom described the job to me. I was interested and the CDW recruiter contacted me. We had a conversation and she deemed that I was qualified for the position. I went through the application process and had a phone interview with direct report manager. I was then scheduled for a presentation interview with the Field Sales Manager and the Inside Sales Manager. Once I completed the interview, I was shortly notified that I was the committee choice. From there I accepted the offer, went through the exit process with my previous company. I am currently going through on-boarding now.

It was a long process. I had about 7 interviews. The interviews started with the basic HR interview and then moved onto manager interviews. The final interview was a face to face presentation to a panel of managers and other field sellers.
