Met the company through a social event (tailgate, Gainesville) and after several interactions with management, I obtained an interview at the Jacksonville office. The interview was 2 hours plus 1 hour at lunch and I met all staff that I would be working with. The questions were directed to office culture, career goals, and commitment to the office's goals.

Entrevista
It was the initial HR round. The interviewer was friendly and it went well but didn’t receive any response or reasoning behind not being taken ahead. The process was prompt though. I will reapply to the company sometime.
First contacted by a recruiter, then met with the team. One hour of multiple people popping in an out. Generic interview questions were asked. I was notified I did not get the position.

Went through five rounds of interviews and received positive feedback at each stage, but I decided not to continue after they switched the position to a more junior level than was discussed.
