Entrevista
The process took 4 weeks in total. I submitted my application and was contacted 3 days later about scheduling an in-person interview. It took about a week and a half to get something set up. I only had one interview, I wouldn't say that the first contact even counted as a phone screen, so my whole interview process was one in-person conversation. After my interview I was contacted with an offer just over a week later.

Pregunta 1
The questions asked during the interview were fairly general but I could tell that they were looking for someone that was obviously passionate about the mission of the organization and that understood the importance of the specific initiative. They were less concerned with content expertise at the Program Associate level and more about an interest in the work. I was glad that I had spent time on their website and I was able to answer questions specific to their program work.

Entrevista
Pretty simple, took about 4-5 weeks in total. Appreciated the in-depth questions asked. HR was very responsive to my questions after the interview and in connecting with updates in the process.
