I had a conversation with the recruiter who seemed energetic and excited to share the available opportunities with me after speaking to me and learning more about me and my qualifications. I was then scheduled to have an interview with two people from CCMC and then an interview with the person I would (in theory) reporting to the next day. I had the interview and the two of them seemed very..unapproachable. I typically interview showing my intelligence and humor, passion and ambition. But these two were not laughing at all, and seemed almost instantly turned off when they learned I did not have some certifications they were looking for, a fact that I disclosed previously. Same day, I got a call from the recruiter that I would not be having the interview the next day and was no longer being considered as they wanted ‘more qualified’ candidates. Why interview me and waste my time? Why get someone excited when all you want is initials behind a name? I personally think there were other issues but I won’t go there.

Very thorough and lengthy. But worth it. several tests required. You will speak with several members of the team. The entire process is long but it makes sense since you want the best person for the job.
