The interviewers were professional, specific in their questions, and focused. They asked questions and listened patiently to the answers. The process was comfortable yet professional. It was a good experience.

Asked basic situational questions, and sent an assessment link. I had to reach out to CCMC several times to follow up. They’re definitely lacking confidence when interviewing candidates, as the Manager interviewing me told me she was “A Control Freak”. Please improve your follow up process, it’s not good to leave your candidates wondering if they are being considered for a position.
