We had 3 interview stages, the first one we had to introduce ourselves and talk about the work experience we have, and the second interview we had to do a typing test and assessment than after that we had to do a one on one interview with the campaign manager

It was easy but I feel like there are still things they need to improve. In terms of the recruitment process, some people come early in the morning and get to leave at 5pm late without any feedback due to the assessment. I feel like they should be another way in terms of doing assessments. But all in all CCI has improved and I love it.
