Had an interview with a recruiter talking about the role. Was told that I am one of the top candidates. Had another interview a couple of days after with their HR based in BC. Was told by the recruiter that I will have another interview a week after with senior management. It was a long weekend so I did not think about it that much. A week went by, and another week went by still no update. I emailed their HR for a follow up but no reply at all. Ghosted. I emailed the recruiter but told me to wait another week. After waiting another week, I emailed the recruiter and she just told me that the company just stopped hiring at the moment and will not push through with the hiring process. Was a bit odd and it took a month until I got an actual reply that the company stopped hiring.
