Put in an application and received a phone interview within 3 or so days then was told that I'd receive a call if successful for an interview by the end of the week, which I did. The interview was very casual and made me feel relaxed. There were no direct questions other than why do you want to work in facilities management, but more tell us about yourself etc etc. They gave me a description of who they are, about the company and then it was, ok now tell us about yourself and what you'd like to do. For such a big corporate company, they are quite relaxed, but in saying that, very professional. Did not feel like anything I was expecting. My advice would be, be prepared but try and relax because they want people who will fit the culture of the company, not just someone who has the best resume.
