Their video recording interviews are useless and can't be used to check someone's ability to perform the task. I guess a newer process of interview should be introduced as this doesn't seem to be very useful for the candidates and the company.

Very informal, the director even swore in front of me. The way I got the interview was because of knowing somebody. It's very ad-hoc. Usually, you have 2 interviews - 1 with the director and 1 with the HR.
