I had previously worked for the company, then left for about a year. So this interview consisted of lunch with 1 person I had worked with previously and the person that was hiring. I was asked the usual interview questions about my goals, past experiences, etc, but in a less formal setting.

HR reached out to me about a position in property management, they were professional and set me up with another interview. The second interview went well , but I was not chosen. I was disappointed, but I was very impressed with management follow up even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear . A few months another manager reached out to me, she did interview me and told me she would get back to me . She just decided to ghost me . This really looks bad on CBRE . It tells me management is to lazy to follow up or they are to over worked .
Interviewed with one manager and later with 2 senior managers on a different day. They were all very professional and well organized. The manager was relocating to another office and they were looking for a replacement,

It was a fast process. Very professional and friendly especially if you have experience in real estate property management. The team is eager to hire if you have experience or show lots of interest.
