Presented to hiring manager through recruiting firm. Began with an accounting test that you must past in order to be interviewed. I interviewed with one person the first day. Before I got home, I was contacted by my recruiter to schedule a second interview. It was many of the same questions (focused on organization skills, problem solving, management style, career goals, achievements).

I found the interview process unprofessional. The interviewer was a bit rude since the very first interaction. First he changed the scheduled interview time. Then, as I was trying to introduce myself, he said quote:” lets start the interview so we can get you out of here quickly..” I found it a bit odd. It gave me the impression that they were not serious about hiring. I actually had to commute 1 hour for the interview. I was there because I was interested about the position and wanted to know more about the role not to get in and out quickly. During my entire career never encountered dismissive attitude during an interview. Also the job description was misleading. Very unprofessional

After the interview, I waited a week to ask for feedback, however it has been a month I have not received any comments and the company has not decided yet to fill this position.

There were two managers sat across the table for interview questions. The most of them were behavior questions and last few were about basic accounting knowledge. It took me about a hour and half to get through all interview questions. Then, a skills set test right after that.
