Phone interview, more like an initial screen, lasted about 15 minutes, asked basic questions like explain your experience, what tools do you use to recruit, how many positions do you work on at one time.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interview; Telephonic round will be of 30 minutes and In-person interview for 45 minutes. Hiring Manager was very good and help me settle down before starting the interview. I got to know the result after a week but the background check process took 4 weeks to get completed.

Sehr angenehmes, offenes Klima, freundliche Begrüßung und Gespräch war stets auf Augenhöhe und im Fluss. Keine besonderen Fragen, dafür wurde im Zweitgespräch eine Präsentation gewünscht zu den bisherigen Erfahrungen sowie anhand eines Musterfalls
