Got a call from the recruiter 3 weeks later to set up for an in-person interview with the manager. Interviewed with two managers at the office and got an offer a week after the interview.

What kind of project management tools have you used before?
Great, super easy interview. Felt like a conversation and it was really easy to explain how I work as an employee. We did get a little bit off topic but ended up coming right back. I felt I could express myself as an employee so that was great.

loved the game test for skill and qualities and the review given afterwards is helpful for other organizations and editing your CV to reflect me much better. The games where all nicely balanced as well
