I emailed my resume and a statement of interest to the hiring manager. Her assistant contacted me by phone and email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager.

It was very conversational. Mostly just wanting to know about me and a few of my qualifications for the job.
The recruiter seemed very uninterested, was very awkward asking questions. I did not receive a second interview but I am not surprised. The conversation overall just did not flow well. It was my first interview at that point so I believe it didn't go well for a variety of reasons.

Entrevista
2 interviews. One interview with HR and then one interview with 2 workers in the department you apply to. Both were virtual so no need to go to an office.

Questions are similar to basic interview questions like describe a challenge and how you overcame it, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what's your CPA goal, etc.
very quick and easy, there wasn't much asked. I talked to the campus recruiter and then I spoke with an HR person from a different location. they got back to me within a few weeks and I managed to receive an offer
