There are 2 round interviews:
The first interview is with an audit manager.
The second interview is in another week, so you will have enough time to prepare for the interview. The interviewer will be the director of the local office you are applying for.

2. Why do you love participating in volunteer services.
A quick 1 hour call with 2 managers. There are 4 questions in total. They are very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the interview, but I think it’s because I didn’t prepare thoroughly.
Conversational; 2 step process with phone screen and interview round. Very nice people. Best advice is to demonstrate a decent knowledge of the work you would be performing as an auditor and flex those teamwork skills.

Entrevista
Applied on Linkenin, and had a 15 minute screening with a recruiter on handshake. The Interview itself was in person which consisted of 2 20-30 minute dialogues with two CBIZ professionals, Met a few members in HR, got an office tour and got to network with other interviewees with lunch afterwards. It lasted from 10-1pm,
