Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en CAP60 (Woodland Hills, CA) en oct 2018

      Entrevista

Had a phone call with them, then an on site interview. Their office is very small for the number of people that work there. Open some windows at least! No air to breath. I wasn’t offered even a glass of water. Dust! On computers, tables, everywhere. Some boxes in the conference room, chairs are old and dusty. How can you guys work there? Clean your space! Was interviewed by an Indian woman who apparently was a developer. It was very awkward, she seemed strict and unfriendly, she was rarely smiling. Asked basic questions based on resume. Then had to do a test based on their software. She did not explain clearly what I have to do and their software is so outdated that it seems in was made in Soviet Union and still used there, in the past. I had to ask several times what is required from me, until she said that I have to write a few test cases, based on a issue they reported or a feature they implemented. I still didn’t get that. I wrote the test cases, but not as it should be, because it wasn’t clear, but I didn’t care anymore. I wanted just to leave that place and never come back, but my good manners didn’t allow me to)) The atmosphere is awful. They called me next day to invite to another interview with the director. Thank you but no thank you!
