It was very smooth, it seemed personality based. They wanted me to join immediately. But there is one thing that stood out like a sore thumb, they told me they were interviewing me to be a part of CAB but they actually put me in one of it’s sister companies. I was given a completely different set of responsibilities when I joined - the team I began working with was far from CAB.
