I applied to the position and the same day I got a phone call from the recruiter. We setup a phone initial interview for the next day. During email exchanges it turned out the position I applied for was about to have someone given an offer, and I was asked if I would be interested in another position at another location. I said I was. the phone interview seemed to go very well, and I was told I would hear back immediately about an interview with the hiring managers and department managers. I never received another phone call, and was told two weeks later after two follow up emails that the position was filled by someone they interview the previous week. It seems the recruiter forgot about me, and therefore I didn't have a chance to interview prior to a decision being made.

The interview process consists of four rounds, three technical and one personal. The first two technical rounds were from offshore and the third technical round was from onsite. After that there was a personal round in general.
