The C3 AI interview process sucks... A PM who interviewed me on zoom yawned throughout my interview... Clearly, he doesn't care, and he doesn't want to be there. A huge red flag for me.

The overall process was very frustrating. I was provided with a document which gave an understanding of the different rounds of interviews: 1. Hiring Manager - The conversation was good and engaging. 2. Complete a Home assignment - The hiring manager said that we will skip this step. We did a second round of interviews and I was presented with a task. I was not given any indication that it will have problem-solving. The interviewers were unprofessional- constantly distracted, not sure what to ask or expect - the overall experience was very weird. 3. Round of interviews with different people- behaviour, product and one with a senior personnel. Everyone was very distracted and not sure what are they are hiring for. The recruiter or the hiring manager was not at all ready to share the salary range but kept asking me my range and the places I have interviewed. Plus no flexibility on remote work. The whole process was very slow and took more than 3 months and in the end, they didn't even bother to get back to me about a decision! What a waste of time. Hope this helps! Best luck!
