I “passed” that part and then had to take timed assessments of the programs. Basically, it was a technical exam. Ten exercises in 30 minutes. It was all done through ZOOM where The assessor shared his computer with me. There were many technical issues and there was a slight delay in my cursor to his. I did not “meet their standards” for the clients they serve. Needless to say it was a humiliating experience since I have 30 years experience as a graphic designer with an aggressive portfolio. Feel like they just want IT specialists and not talented artists.
