I applies online on 10/1. On 10/3 a recruiter emailed me and called me to set up a phone interview. I had a phone interview on 10:5 lasted about 20 minutes. Recruiter wasn’t very welcoming, and sparky personality which was very welcoming. She asked typical history questions and star method job related questions. Told me the pay and if it would work for me as well as the schedule. She offers me a in person interview for the next week on 10/11. The in person interview was intense. It was done by he potential team manager is work with directly if hired and the hr specialist for the Atlanta office. This was a 2 hour process and afterwards I shadows the team. Coming from another logistics company everything was very seamless ad familiar to me. The office was beautiful might I add. I left the interview and was told they would be in touch if I were to be moved forward. On 10/15 I received a call and email from recruiter stating the office wanted to extend a contingent offer. I was sent the companies benefit package info and I accepted and waited for back ground and pre employment check to clear. On 10/19 I was emailed from the Atlanta office with an official start date.

phone interview was pretty good and video call interview was fast as well. not under 30 min.managers and HR were really nice. it felt more of a conversation than an interview. make you feel more comfortable.
