Went through three interviews total. First with the recruiter, second with hiring manager, and third with another department head. I did very well in the interviews and built a good report with all of my interviewers. I was surprised when they did call and I found it very disrespectful that they completely ghosted me. After three face to face interviews I would expect the professional courtesy of an email informing me they had decided to not hire me, but nothing. I even called and emailed asking for an update and nothing... sounds like they did me a favor. If that's how the treat recruits then I don't think I would want to work there anyways.

I met with HR first. After filling out the paperwork, I met with one senior manager, then another. Finally, they had me sit with someone in the position to observe a client presentation done via a webinar.
