You can expect 3-5 rounds of interview spread across a month or so, with roughly a week between each interview. My first interview was with someone from our PH office, followed by two interviews from Beijing from my soon-to-be boss and his direct lead. The next interviews were by HR, based in TH. The interviews were very casual and conversational. It helps if you actually use the product of the company (in this case, TikTok) and can articulate how exactly you can help the company reach its goals. Given that English might not be the first language of the interviewers, be very clear and concise when you speak, and listen carefully.
