Misalignment of expectations of the interview it seems. Hiring manager expects an in depth understanding of their product and product differentiation between Lark and competitors.
Typically first round of interviews involve an understanding of the candidate’s skillsets and behaviourial/situational questions. Here they expect you to pitch on the first call, different from an enterprise sales cycle where a discovery is first done to uncover pain points. Its not wrong, but just unusual and it would have been better if these expectations were laid out upfront via email so the candidate can prep better to make sure its a good use of both parties’ time
Their selling style appears to be more feature oriented rather than value selling.

Some of the interviewers were robotic and didn't have much personality. In my last interview, it seemed more as if they were trying to get information out of me (I work for a competitor), had to tell them a few times I couldn't share specifics (customer names etc). After this, I just got a standard rejection email, after 4 rounds of interviews...
